SWACUHO regularly hosts virtual roundtables throughout the year and provides housing and residence life professionals with opportunities to connect, collaborate, and share ideas. Roundtables typically focus on professional groups within two broad categories: geographic location and position level. These include state-specific roundtables and entry, mid-level, and senior housing officer roundtables hosted by a variety of SWACUHO leaders. These conversations cover timely topics impacting our profession.

Some roundtables are driven by agenda items submitted to those leading the conversation, while others focus on specific themes within functional areas and cyclical processes such as operations, residence life, conduct, facilities, assignments, and more. 

Whether you are seeking solutions to current challenges, looking to exchange best practices, or hoping to connect with colleagues across the region, SWACUHO Virtual Roundtables offer a welcoming space for professional dialogue and learning. All are invited and encouraged to attend - from graduate students to seasoned professionals - because we can all learn from one another.
