Bob Cooke Scholarship for Mid-Level Professionals

• Registration cost will be paid directly to ACUHO-I.
• A general announcement is made via website and the listserv.
  
• Executive board members will review the received applications and determine award winner.
• This scholarship is for one SWACUHO Mid-Level professional to attend the annual ACUHO-I summer conference. Recipient must be a first-time attendee.  

ACUHO-I Fall Conference Workshops 

(Housing Facilities, Business Operations, Academic Initiatives)

• Available to SWACUHO members who have NOT previously attended a fall series conference.
• Awarded to 1 recipient per conference (multiple awards not allowed).
• Scholarship is in the form of a paid registration.
• Registration will be paid directly to ACUHO-I.
  
• An announcement is made via social media platforms and listservs in the summer.

ACUHO-I Mid-Level Leadership Institute Scholarship

• Available to SWACUHO members who have NOT previously attended the Mid-Level Leadership Institute.
• Registration costs will be paid directly to ACUHO-I.
• This scholarship is limited and awarded based on the quality of the application and need of the recipient(s).
• An announcement is made via social media platforms and listservs in January.
• Applications via the Scholarship Google Form are due to the Past President no less than four weeks before regular registration closes. 
• Executive board members will review the received applications and determine award winners.

Stars College Scholarship 

• Available Funds: $500 is divided between recipients with maximum of full registration cost of any attendee.
• Registration cost will be paid directly to ACUHO-I.
• Applicant applies directly to Stars College.
• The SWACUHO President is notified of Stars College participants from the region.
• SWACUHO President notifies the Past-President of accepted attendees.
• SWACUHO Past President reaches out to accepted attendees, provides application, with an application due date of no less than five weeks before the first day of the conference.
• Executive board members will review the received applications and decide on award winners.

Pathways Scholarship

• Funded via a combination of donations and the SWACUHO budget, these scholarships are intended to provide a pathway for professionals from smaller institutions to become involved SWACUHO. Applications are through the SWACUHO Scholarship form.
• These scholarships are available for conference registration for members from institutions with 1,500 or fewer beds.
• Two scholarships are available for each of the following conferences: AnnualConference, SHO Workshop, SWACUHO-U, Mid-Level Summit, and Arkansas Summer Drive-in
• For each event, one recipient must be at an institution with 500 or fewer beds (unless no one meets that criteria, then consideration will revert to initial criteria).
• Applications are due 10 days prior to the early bird (or regular) registration of the event. If there is no early bird registration time period, applications are due 10 days prior to the regular registration deadline.
• All applicants will be notified of results by the early bird (if applicable) or regular registration deadline. Recipients will receive a code for registration waiver.

ACUHO-I Strategic Cohorts Scholarship 

• Be a professional working full-time at a small college or university (under 3,000 beds).
• Be a professional with an accepted presentation proposal to the current annual ACUHO-I Campus Home Live Conference.
• Be a first-time attendee to the annual ACUHO-I Campus Home Live Conference.
• School is a current member institution of ACUHO-I.

ACUHO-I New / Advancing Professional Scholarship

• Recognizes new and advancing professionals in the campus housing field or professionals who are new to the organization/conference.
• The recipient shall be a new / advancing professional with five (5) years or less of full-time experience in the campus housing field. 
• School is a current member institution of ACUHO-I.
