Hotel Reservations: SWACUHO 2025 Annual Conference
The Southwest Association of College and University Housing Officers (SWACUHO) is pleased once again to extend the invitation for you to exhibit with us at our Annual Conference to be held in Norman, Oklahoma, from February 10-12, 2025. We are very excited to welcome you back to Oklahoma for our annual in-person conference!
Exhibitors who have registered for a booth at the annual conference have the opportunity to further support SWACUHO 2025 by participating as a conference sponsor. These sponsorships are essential for the success of our annual conference.
Sponsorships help to offset the rising costs associated with bringing housing professionals together in this unique learning environment each year. Each sponsoring exhibitor will receive additional special recognition and attention throughout the conference and be invited to a private reception with Senior Housing Officers (SHOs)/Purchasing Agents in attendance.
