3. Click on Next
4. Type the email address you would like your account associated with
5. Click on I'm not a robot
6. Click on Next
7. Complete account holder information fields
8. Complete Institution Information section
9. Complete Senior Housing Officer Information section
10. Complete Additional Information section
11. Click on Next
12. Click on Pay online
13. Complete card and billing information
14. Click Pay (and the amount of the membership)
